When Shining Tears was released in the US it got blasted by critics for being a strategy-RPG that required no strategy: the enemies were dumber than bricks. I imagine the poor reception is why Sega passed on localizing its sequel, Shining Wind. Such a shame…Shining Wind has some great looking characters.
